“My appointment window was 2-5 pm and around 11am I was estimated 4pm. Just after 4 I was sent a message the tech would be there closer to 530pm. The tech arrived at about 630 pm. He apologized for the traffic but was eager to get going and said he could still complete it. I commend the tech for doing a great job, even in the dark till about 830 pm. I came outside to finalize things and he was polite and friendly and offered to wipe the outside down again after I moved it into the garage to get the pollen off. Funny we started talking about the tree out front. He even was happy to take 4 huge leaf bags I have been trying to get rid of since last fall for his gardening. Great trade for the both of us! I like not having to drop my vehicle off and I LOVE having a clean car. Will probably use service again. ”

“My Premium Service by Jordan; Deserves a Full Refund or Redo from another Interior Specialist. ·Dog Hair was Not Fully Addressed on the Seats. ·Stains on Seats, Head Liner & Panels were Not Touched. ·Make-Up, Grim & Dust wasn't Wiped to Satisfaction. ·Unprofessional; by Bringing a Child, obligating me to Entertain to avoid little one from playing & touching my Outside Plants. ·Respectfully Declined Wipe Down/Car Wash to avoid Scuffs & Scratches on New Body Paint, He Didn't Listen.
