“At first I was very happy to see my car clean, but upon brief inspection I realized that it really wasn't all that clean. The inside of the back doors (pockets) still had lots of dog hair; the floor between the two front seats still had the coffee spill stain (floor is not carpeted and easily washed); the front of the back seat still had the mud stain (seats are washable). I didn't inspect the back of the SUV. I wouldn't call this service "detail".”

“I was picking strands of towel lint out of the trunk badge when I noticed that part of the "Boxster S" badge had been broken off. It's happened before when dying towels snag on it. This do-over detailing was fine and the interior looked great but it would've been nice of the tech had mentioned this damage so I could file a claim. ”
