“Valentine did a professional job. My car was spotless in and out. NO STREAkS on the windows or mirrors. Dirt removed from the roof and door jams. Unfortunately he did the redo because the first crew of 2 did such an awful job. Unable to accurately assess the cleanliness of the car due to an overcast sky, I gave the initial crew a 40 dollar tip. This tip should be given to Valentine. ”

“They did a good job on the first car (nissan leaf). However, when I asked them to clean our honda minivan , they agreed (charron and deandre) to do it. I even bought them lunch spending close to $20 !!! However, they completely rushed it and did a horrible job cleaning it. I am gonna write it all on social media and even tell 100's of my friends not to use cardetailing services. Angry customer RK”

“The actual service is a 5, but the time it was scheduled was 10 am-12pm and they didn't arrive until 2:45 or so. Had I not called at 11:30, I would have spent an entire day waiting. As it was, I waited 4 1/2 hours. ”
