“The detailing itself was great. My appt was scheduled to have someone show up between 4-6pm. I got no phone call stating the guy would b late, so about 5-10 minutes after 6pm I called to see if they were even goin to show up. I was told he was about 7 minutes away. 20 minutes later he showed up. I could have been easily scheduled from 5-7, or been given the courtesy of a call once it was determined he'd be late, even if it was at 6pm.”
