“Tech showed up late. Seemed tired when he arrived and kinda not looking forward to the job. Although he claimed to have "attempted" to remove water spots on drivers side of car, he was NOT successful. He finished IN THE DARK so I was UNABLE to adequately assess his work. I did point out a couple spots where he had completely failed to even clean...and asked him to do so right then on the spot. Windows looked like they had NOT been cleaned at all when I was able to see car in sunlight the next morning. I was able to rub spits off with my bare finger, so why could he not clean the spots??? Also, the spots on car just look more prominent now even though he claims to have waxed the car as well. SO NOT SATISFIED for the $159.00 charge.”
