“My husband was not happy with service. Carpets looked good but the dashboard was dusty and the leather seats were shiny but still had grime on them that he could wipe off with a cloth like they didn't even scrub the seats down. ”

“Not having the opportunity to pay by credit card is unacceptable. I needed to pay via credit card and the guy told me he did not want to pay the fee's for the credit card option. On top of this, he was late as he did not arrive until 10:30 am when I had a window between 8-10. Did not receive a phone call. I also had to go around a rewipe the areas he missed.”
