“Joseph arrived on time and did a pretty good job. The wheels and tires looked great. There were a couple areas that were missed inside. Headlights also looked better but I was hoping they would turn out a little bit more clear than they did. Joe explained it that was probably as good as they were going to get. As far as a detailing, I really didn't see anything extra special from taking it to one of the local shops to have it done. The only Advantage was that I was waiting for UPS so it was more convenient to have someone come to the apartment.”

“Detailer arrived late with bad communication after 2 phone calls for eta. Didn't complete entire interior blaming "mold" on hard surfaces. Very obvious that it is not mold and is just dusty/dirty black interior. Wanted to charge an additional $199 for mold removal which i declined. Proceeded to only clean and polish one of my 4 interior doors leaving it looking ridiculous. Also left grease marks on driveway. Will end up being more work and money to finish the half done job and clean up after. Will never use this service again.”
