“The detailer that came out to the house did a great job. Cardetail.com however was misleading on their “pet hair” terms and conditions. It’s listed as an upcharge for “excessive” pet hair. I had very little and they tried to charge an extra $50 stating that ANY pet hair is an upcharge. Terms and conditions should be more clear. Otherwise, I LOVE the convenience of getting my car detailed right at home!”

“The communication was great. I found the front end bottom could’ve been cleaned better. The trunk as well when opened was a bit dirty. Perhaps I’m just picky. The guys were pretty kool.”

“The guy was great. The communication on arrival time was a little confusing. The text and email communications were not in sync. You should make sure payment system allows for tip. I was able to tip in cash but system on his phone did not have option or at least it did not seem to be an option for me. ”
