					“One of the reasons I called you guys was because I didn't want to have to do anything myself. This is my fault because I did not look at the car immediately. I just assumed it was ok. This morning I decided to take the car out. Very dissappointed when I opened the door to find a big dead bug in pieces right in plain sight. Immediately went to car wash to use vaccum. While I was doing that I noticed my door had something smeared all over it. I wiped it off...got in the car...drove away without noticing an orange bucket had been left in my back seat. I was not a happy camper.  I take responsibility because I didn't check it out....lesson learned.....don't assume anyone has taken care of details.....
I realize my car was very dirty. Just hoping I wouldn't have to do anything to it except drive....

					“The technician, Jessica Jenner, did an amazing job detailing my car. She gets 2 huge thumbs up!
HOWEVER, the scheduling service was very frustrating. Twice I was notified that my appointment time was unavailable after having the appointment confirmed. The second time was only 1 hour before the confirmed appointment. I called the technician and she said she still planned on coming.
