					“The technician delayed the window of arrival three times on the day of my original appointment.  Original window was 10am-1pm. First text I got was that they would arrive at noon.  Later got pushed to 1:45pm.  Then I got a called from customer service that my new window was 4pm-7pm but assured me they would be there right at 4:00pm.  However, at close to 4pm I got another text that there was another delay on arrival with an estimated time of 5:45pm.  After moving my day around multiple times to accomodate the delays, I could not accomodate an appointment into the evening so I had to reschedule for next day. The next day rained so I was only able to get an interior cleaning done (had originally ordered the Plantinum package.)  After using my car the night after the cleaning, I found that the technician never cleaned the interior of any of my windows and there was a film on all of them from the cleaning supplies used. It actually made it hard to see while driving.  I can see below that no before and after pictures were taken.  This was my first time using Detail.com and it was not good.  Also, I tipped my technician in cash.  I just wanted to acklowedge that a tip was left, since the receipt doesn't recognize this.”
