“The first attempt, no one showed up. The second attempt, no one showed up in the time frame so I called, and (as a result?) the team showed up 75 minutes later than their assigned time.
I had initially selected "Internal Sanitary" as the add-on option, and it asked me to check off issues, and I selected "mold" and "water damage". Later I was asked to provide pictures, and based on those pictures, another $115 was tacked on. I don't get why signing up for "sanitary" and "mold" doesn't cover, well, mold.
Certain black plastics within the vehicle are tacky to the touch, and I asked the team to address that. They did reduce a little but those areas are still tacky. Maybe I have a problem that other people don't have? It's a minor disappointment.
All of this said, there's no way I could ever have cleaned the car up as well as the team did. I'm happy with the work overall, just not in certain details. ”
