“The spray that was used on my tires was more like oil and was very messy. The spray used on the interior such as the dash and other surfaces was not completey cleaned off, there was a residue and over spray left on many surfaces. The wax used on the paint was not completely removed and buffed. There are several spots where the wax can still be seen. This is the first time I've paid a professional to detail my truck and $229 is a lot of money for me. Since I paid over $200 for the service I expected it to be perfect or near perfect. This service was niether. The reason I am giving a 3 instead of a 2 is because they spent so much time on my truck, it would not have taken much time to look over again and clean the oversprays and wax that was missed. ”

“Car is very clean. However, tech was very slow... guess that can be both good and bad. Good cause he was thorough but bad cause it was very late. Was quoted two hours and it took him 4! Also, $60 for a SMALL vomit spot and then an additional $30 for extra crumbs and vacuuming was excessive. ”
