“It wasn’t as good as last time. There are still some spots on the seats and headliner that are surface/water spots. I don’t feel like the seats were shampooed well at all- maybe a glancing swipe. I went outside right after getting the notice the job was completed and the seats aren’t even damp. Last time I was super impressed and ordered the same package this timealong with exterior detailing. I’m disappointed. The job today would have been great if it had been the detail package under $100- but not the $169!”

“John was awesome. Very nice and polite. He did an excellent job on cleaning my car. There were some spots on the exterior that he wasn't able to get off. And he was suppose to do the engine and didn't. But I also forgot to tell. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends. Don't know if he would want to come back here as he had to drive an hour to get here. Overall very please. My interior looks like a new car. Your website was very helpful in finding someone to do the job. ”

“There were a lot of missed dirty spots in the interior of one of the vehicles. Also the tires on one of the vehicles could have been wiped down better. I was finally able to contact the detail crew and they did return a few days later to clean up the missed areas. I will consider giving them another chance in the future. ”

“The only thing that was missed was the bottom lip going into the trunk. You need to open the trunk to get to it. For customers that use their trhunk it would be a plus to do that quick wipe.”
