“The service was great, and the tech was great. The issue was trying to contact the tech directly. My appointment was scheduled for 8am central, and the person whose phone number was listed was not able to meet the tech. At 8am, I emailed my phone number and called customer service several times. The tech arrived, called the original person, then left because there was no answer. By the time I was able to track down customer service, the tech was 40 minutes away. Mike was very helpful on the phone, but it was the lack of ability to communicate with the tech directly before your office opens that frustrated me. ”

“The gentleman worked his hardest and long to remove sites from my van ,but I still have spots in my van and was not expecting the results that I saw. I asked the rep over the phone if the job would make my van looking new again and he said yes. I paid 135 for a job and the results I got I could have paid the cheaper service. The work done on my van was long but the solutions and vacuum didn't do what I was expecting.”
