“I had noted when service was scheduled that company window decals would need to be removed, so I would have expected that to be included in my quote. It was not and I was charged an additional $25 for decal removal. Also, I hadn’t realized that there was an additional decal on drivers side door (my fault) so now your technician needs to return to remove that. Concerned about those additional charges.”
