“Extremely disappointed in this service. Paid $335.00 for the platinum detail so I could sell the car. He rescheduled 2-3 times before finally showing up. After the job was complete- it looked good from a distance, and I assumed all was fine. I travelled for work, came home and went to show the car to a buyer. It was then I noticed it wasn’t smooth- clearly not waxed. I began looking more closely- and found he never used the clay bar, never did the handwax, never wiped down engine compartment. Want proof? There was adhesive residue from bumper stickers on the rear quarter panels- that residue was never removed. It took a spray of solvent and a micro fiber cloth to remove it- and would definitely have come off it clay bar was used. Additionally, engine compartment was still dirty. I have pictures if you’d like to see.
I contacted “customer service” (ahem) and was sent a form to fill out, then got a response quoting terms of service of complaints needed to be submitted within 48 hours. Terrible.

“Several places in the car were half wiped. Much was not noticeable when they came late in the window and left nearly at dark. You can tell from the darker spots where cleaner had been applied and the spots it wasn’t. The running boards on the outside didn’t look touched. I’m disappointed that for $300 there were problems. Then I signed up for contactless pay and asked to swipe my card instead and had to pay a fee for doing that. I won’t use again. ”
