“It would have been a five except the technician never called and he came in a plain white older panel van. We expected a large mobile detailing box truck or something with a company name on it.. Also, he complained because the cars were actually dirty and he thought they would be new cars that were clean. Had they been clean, I wouldn't have needed your services.”

“The inside is spectacular but things that were on the rug like candy pieces or Bobby pins, etc was just thrown in the driveway and I picked it up later. The outside of the car didn't really impress me. The outside seemed rushed because of another appt. The inside is a 5 but the rest a 4. ”
