“Thought this would be worth $200 since a “professional” service is supposed to deliver. higher quality service than the neighborhood parking lot detailer. Dissatisfied with results. Although the website said the tech would let me know prior to cleaning if additional cleaning/costs may be necessary, he never said that I needed extra cleaning,. I would have paid extra. Now I’m having to go back over multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Cleaned out my trunk so it could be vacuumed but it wasn’t touched. Won’t use again and won’t refer.”

“The main reason for the low score is I don't think I got everything I paid for. Your technician showed up in a car with equipment stuff in the back truck area. Then ask for the keys to my vehicle and took it to a local car wash to wash it. I'm not sure if my car got hand wax from bumper to bumper and the engine bay was not touched. (I can send picture to prove it.. Also, it took your technician roughly 1..5 hours to complete the task to include driving to the local car wash. I would greatly appreciate if your management would give me a call to talk about compensation or sending someone different to finish the job I paid for. My number is 301-481-4941.. By the way, I have another vehicle (2008 Honda Accord) being service RIGHT NOW by one of your technician. The service is like night and day from your last technician. “I have been trying finish cleaning my car, I called the man back and he said he would come back and finish the job but that was at 30 minutes ago and I have not seen him. My carpet was not vacuumed, wet floor mats were put over them, the 2nd and 3rd row headrest and armrest were not cleaned, the bottom part of my car and around the wheels on both sides are spotted, I’ve got towels in three of the because they are soaking wet...IT IS A HOT MESS!!!”
