“Hi there, I had a technician come out today to perfect the Super Interior package on my car today- checking back on the more detailed work of the car once sitting inside he did a great job removing pet hair (main issue) but didn’t do to well on the basics of wipe down. Photos attached of majority areas that were missed throughout car. -Did not take the time to roll windows down to wipe the ENTIRE window on any window on the vehicle -poor job wiping down doors and electrical components after spraying -extreme streaking on all windows especially back window (will send photo if needed I couldn’t get a good shot with sun set) -skipped sun roof window all together did not even get wiped down It’s not a cheap service and I understand it’s a lot of work but this is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with the basic stuff being skipped over and it’s upsetting:( I always tip really well because I know it’s alot of work but still up set. -Kaysea Johnson 702-788-1581”

“The seats, carpets, mats and trunk were all cleaned wonderfully. The technician failed to wipe down the main dashboard (top) and to clean the windows. That was disappointing, seeing that he did such a good job on the rest of the car. He even called the company to say he had done 'extra' due to the stains in the carpets, and I was requested to pay an additional $60.00 for his service. I ended up paying $180.00, but the way that the extra charge was handled was not professionally done. I was told after-the-fact that there would be an extra change, rather than being informed ahead of time, to choose to have it or not. This is the kind of move that causes customers or would-be customers to be wary of groupon deals. They feel that the groupon is a discount, but the company will do what they have to in order to get more money out of the customer.”
