“To be honest, I was excited at first but then grew extremely disappointed within the following few days. The first problem I noticed was a large amount of dried dirty water all over my back bumper and trunk door. I also noticed my seats and interior seemed extremely wet. I had to place towels down for my passengers and myself. After sitting on the towels I quickly noticed a coffee colored liquid had soaked through the towels! It did not smell like a cleaning agent. Clearly the technician had not done a thorough enough job on my seats. Overall I have to give this service a poor rating of 2.5. I would not recommend this particular car detailing service to a friend. I was not 100% satisfied like they guarantee.”

“Our son was here so we did not actually meet the technicians. We came home in a rainstorm to find the crv s doors left open. Mats all across the driveways and bits of litter scattered around the driveway. The accord looked better detailed inside than the crv. The crv had lint on all the surfaces wiped down. Not a clean finish. Everything still wet so not sure on smell. I wouldn't use the service again unless it was a hot summer day and I was home to oversee. I feel like going to a detail service inside would have been more successful. Overall not worth the price and disappointed. With that said I may feel different when everything is dry and I can tell better ”

“They did not vacuum the trunk of my car, the windows and mirrors were streaky and the carpets weren't fully vacuumed either. ”

“The wheels were not completely cleaned. There were still dead bugs on the front of the car. Left streaks on all of the windows. Some dead bugs left on the windshield. The leather wasn't cleaned very well. I had to request that another technician be sent to take care of these issues.
