“Really bad job for the price. Took 2 hrs. Missed wax marks. I also requested no rags on my plastidiped area's. Now it looks worst now after the 2 hr detail. Also no air freshener. 129.00. 25.00 worth of work done. 1 star.”

“The guy arrived without having water n electricity to wash the car. He put in a lot of effort in cleaning the car. Inspite of pointing out several times on what requires to be cleaned. 2 of my doors r not cleaned from inside. He did not wash any of the mats. The back seat still has marks that I had to clean myself. I don't expect to clean up the car myself after paying $194 for a full detail. ”

“Didn't clay bar my truck to get off hard water spots. Only hand wax. Was done in an hour. Hardly enough time for a full detail. Did get some water spots off but not all.”

“I had to recheck him on several things!!! I figured a detail wash should be detailed and it wasn't!!! he didn't bother to remove my trunk mat and vacuum in the trunk under the mat. leaves were still in my back seat, tires were only blackened and NOT shiny, vinyl dressing was not shiny!!! it didn't even look like the leather/vinyl was treated, crumbs still left in cup holders!!! for $189 and a detail service my car was NOT detailed...would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!! also the company informed me that two people would come and only one came and when I asked for his supervisor's information he claimed he didn't have one because he was self-employed and worked independently!!!! so they sent just someone off the streets who was not certified or reputable???”

“He was 3 hours late. Interior not completed. Rims dirty. Black plastic dirty. Polish ran down on bottom black trim. Door jams still dirty. Didn't do headliner or trunk. Engine compartment not touched. Overall lousy job. ”

“The parts of the car that were done were done pretty well. Although the car was not aired out enough after the shampooing so it now smells mildewy. The guy told me to leave the door open for a couple of hours which I did. I will take partial responsibility as I should have let it air out longer noting that it was still moist...but still annoying. The main issue was that he didn't clean the trunk at all. He came back again and charged me for dog hair removal (despite that being in the original description)...and it just wasn't completely done. I would not have minded if not for the additional charge since that was the entire reason for it.”

“Quality of the service was very high. Everyone was satisfied with the results. On the downside, only 2 guys came to do the work on 6 cars so it took a long time. They tried to come early, but got caught in traffic, so were a bit late. We will use again if a reasonable number of people come out to do the job in a reasonable amount of time.”

“The job was OK on the outside, but the inside was left far too wet, which has now started a smell in the car. I spoke to the gentleman who did the job, and he said it was because the floor was very dirty. I then told him there was no reason to have that amount of water still in the car. It's been a week, it's still wet, and it stinks. If I had known this, I would not have paid you. Nils”
