“They forgot to vacume my truck. I had to wait for th to drive back and finish the job. I don't think smoking while doing the job is appropriate especially while cleaning the inside of my car. They did a poor job in cleaning windows. Smudges and spots they missed that are noticeable.It was good to know when they were heading out that they did great at as well as getting ahold of them. ”

“Overall, everything was done well, and employee was polite. Only one small issue - when I put my back seats down to make the back of my SUV flat, there were dirt and crumbs in the creases. ”

“crew came on time, with frost on car. interior well cleaned. The exterior was washed and waxed; however, the tires treatment (shine) was sloppy. The main complaint is that the dead bugs were smeared instead of being cleaned off. You can see where there they were on the nose of the car. Even the windshield still had insect 'dirt'. I don't think I will use this crew again. ”
