“Only compliant was my scheduled time was for 2pm. He got here just before 5pm. An update for it a technician being late would be a nice revision. He got stuck on a job which he apologized for. The vehicle looks like we just bought it! Just a suggestion for the tech guys- simple text saying tech is running late would be great. Thank you. ”
