“The technician did not come the day of my appointment. So it was rescheduled for the next day. That day he was an hour late. I called to find out an ETA but he never contacted me and customer service did not call me back to tell me what was going on. He worked on the car a little less than two hours. He did good work. But not as thorough as I expected for the money. I saw some things he missed the following morning. He didn't do a thorough cleaning of the gear shift box And there were still a smudge or two on the dashboard buttons. I will not be using your service again mainly due to your scheduling issues. My schedule was screwed up for two days because I came home early from errands both days to meet the . tech.”

“Well, he was an hour late. The chrome and or bright work wasn't done very well. Door jams didn't get a lot of attention. Also, I was told it would take 3 hours. He was done in 1.5 hours. He seemed rushed, because he was held over from previous appointment. And wanted to stay on schedule. Make his next appointment on time. To me, it wasn't worth the $289..... I could have gone to the car wash, I normally go to and spend $210. And got a much better service. I will never use your services again..”

“Upon detailed inspection the subaru was not wiped down on the inside, wheels not cleaned, tires not dressed, trim and door jambs not done. Back seat on tesla not touched, large water stains left on headliner. Overall not that great. A”

“The technicians were nice and professional instead of cleaning the car in detail they asked me what I needed to be cleaned in the car. There is still dirt under my seats. I was not a happy customer after spending so much money. ”

“We thought that we had scheduled for Tuesday Apr 26. But he young men showed up on Tuesday April 19. The order confirmation sent to my computer said Apr 19. Since they were there (on the 19th) we said OK and are very pleased with the result. The survey request form says April 26. Your providers are much better than your administration..”
