“He did a great job on my car but was 20 minutes late arriving ”

“Expected them to be able to reduce carpet smell in trunk much more than they did. Still very noticeable. Also their generator broke and they had to use my electricity for an hour. Left sand in rug and trunk carpet which others have vacuumed up.”
