“The work was outstanding, the experience was horrible. We invested in a concierge and home detailing service because we do not have time to take our vehicles to a detailing center and spend an entire day waiting for our vehicles to be taken care of. This was 100% worse than having to go somewhere. We were blown up all day long with texts, calls, the doorbell ringing etc. Towards the end of the day, it got downright uncomfortable as the technicians informed us of services, they were providing that we hadn't asked for and then informed "we could just pay for the extra services in cash" The pushing of services, the pushing to come outside and "see" the extra work they were doing, etc. was disruptive to our day and made us feel very uncomfortable. We are highly unlikely to use detail.com again and would never recommend this to our friends. Unfortunate because the car looks great, and the work was very well done. ”

“Horrible. They clearly gave up. Took them 2days. Never even touched one rim. Didn’t get bugs off above windshield. You can see where one side was done really well and one side was barely touched. I wiped dirt off with my finger when they were done. Total rip off. I will be posting photos and reviews on social media and reporting to the BBB. Total rip off. ”
