“The service was scheduled for 8am and I received a call informing me that the service was not going to happen until noon. Lunch meeting was already scheduled at that time so I had to post pone the detail service until 12:30. There were 2 trucks in this service and that put the final completion time at 4:30 which made me late to meet my wife. The detailer did not have his generator which made me prop our door open to the office so they could vacuum the insides. The detail job was good but not great. ”

“Estimated time was supposed to be around 3 hours yet only took 1 1/2 hours. Later found several areas not clean (carpets NOT shampooed, trunk trim, under hood trim, brake calipers not touched,) overall not much better than the $30 local was. ”

“The car service was visually appealing, but once looking into the detail, it was very unprofessional. Upon receiving the car, the seats and interior were still wet. Also I believe there may have been some water damage in the interior of the vehicle. My doors do not lock all the time, and occasionally my car doesn't detect my key and remains beeping when when the key is not in the ignition. Very friendly staff, but not very pleased with the service. ”

“They did a great job and were very professional..There were a few mud stains they were unable to remove from a floor mat..but the vehicle smelled good and was very nice and clean on the inside. I would have them come again .”
