“I gave my experience a 1 because of the following:
They didn't know what service I got and said it was going to be outside wash only until I told them no inside and out
They charged me an extra fee for using my credit card and I was not aware of that fee.
When I check how they did they did not wipe done the inside all they did was vacuum.
Overall experience, not impressed. They only reason i scheduled this service was because I want to buy the $129 package for my boyfriends birthday but wanted to see the service I got before I purchased the bigger package for him. Needless to say, I will not be going through your company anymore.

“Garbage from car should not be left on driveway, wax film was left on car, a penny in a cup holder should not still be stuck, credit card 3% charge should be indicated”
