“William seemed very nice but didn't have or bring the right equipment to properly clean carpets and upolstery, maybe it was my misunderstanding about the service but I read on your website that carpet and upolstery get shampooed, not just sprayed and vacuumed, also the plastic parts weren't cleaned well at all. A lot of money for some ting I could have done at the car wash myself. Best if you came and took a look for yourself, thanks”
