“Great job by the technician! My car looks excellent.I was charged a $45 fee for the car being dirty. I was cleaning the car but the technician said it was ok and did not mention the fee. Thank you for waiving the fee.”

“The cleaner didn’t have the equipment to perform the shampoo for the carpet. He said his company offer that through the on site location. This is a fault of detail.com. Which also over charged my 130$ of what they would charge ”
