They tried to come early, but got caught in traffic, so were a bit late. We will use again if a reasonable number of people come out to do the job in a reasonable amount of time.”

I spoke to the gentleman who did the job, and he said it was because the floor was very dirty. I then told him there was no reason to have that amount of water still in the car. It's been a week, it's still wet, and it stinks. If I had known this, I would not have paid you. Nils”
