“ The technician left some sticky substance on the driver side back door. I was able to rub the majority of it off with my finger after he left. So I think it was just a lack of trying, not a difficulty of task problem.
The trunk also was not shampooed at all. It also seem like there were spots on the driver seat they had not been shampooed. The seatbelts were not cleaned either.
I'm sorry but I'm very unhappy with the overall job. :-(

“Johnny's truck had a blow out and therefore he was unable to arrive at my home until almost dark. Even though it was late Johnny stayed with my car and completed all of the work as per our agreement. The car was in bad shape when he got to it and really needed a ton of work. Johnny did a excellent job and I am very pleased.
The car is my daughter's who is a Lieutenant in the Navy and stationed in Japan. She is coming home this weekend for a 2 week leave and I really wanted her car to be in great shape.
I really thank your company and Johnny for the excellent work and I will refer y'all to anyone that I can.
