“The company couldn't make the arrival time window of 10-12 so they called and asked if I could do later, or this weekend, but my schedule is too hectic. I explained that I had to leave by 2pm. They arrived late at 1235. The cleaning was good, but some things like my windows and interior mirrors were missed. In retrospect I wish I just let them reschedule me rather than squeezing me in. Otherwise they would have had sufficient time to do a great job!”

“The brown spots that were on my hood that I specifically asked to have special attention paid to are still there. I can use my fingernail yok remove them, so I know they are able to be removed. Some are permanent but the majority are removable and were not. ”
