“I stated in the comments that I had some specifics I would like attention on, and I mentioned it again when the individual arrived. He told me at the end that he did not have the tools there to take care of it. He said he could come back the next day with the tools if I paid $20. I feel if I mention something needs to be addressed in the comments when purchasing, I shouldn't have to pay an extra $20 for something that was stated before. Furthermore he kept mentioning he was going to be late to his next appointment. With that said, some of the work reflected. Overall, the work was good, but wax was still present throughout the vehicle, attention to detail was not there, and water spots were present on the rear window. Lastly, I was asked to selected if i would want additional things done such as small.dent removal. I said yet and nothing was done to it. I dont understand why ask if it wasnt going to be taken care of.”

“I bought a used Highlander and it was in rough shape! He wasn’t able to get all the stains completely out but you can barely see them. All my hard surfaces look brand new. It smells amazing. I am so excited and shocked with how well my 2004 Highlander looks!! ”

“I found this detailing process to be a complete failure of what my expectations were. A time frame for arrival was given, then changed. On the original day, my time frame was schedulet between ten o'clock (10:00 and 2;00) two o"clock and then changed to 3:00 P.M. After 5 hours, I had to cancel and reschedule. I was told I would get a callback but got an email message. I feel that waiting for a total of eight and a half hours (8 1/2) is unacceptable .The only real satisfaction was the end result.
