“I left for 30 minutes while the tech was cleaning the vehicle. When I got back he was finished. I pointed out a couple of areas of black plastic that needed some Armor All the tech said it would not work. I applied the Armor All after he left in under 3 minutes. And cleaned the residue left on the wheels. THE main issue is two pieces of chrome on the front bumper right grille that he pointed out AFTER he was finished the job then took photos. I know my car they were not missing they were blasted off by the high preasure washer. . As an independent insurance adjuster I do a complete walk around with the vehicle owner pointing out items that are not loss related. Prior to writing my appraisal. . I will not post any negative comments about your company as I have had less that desirable employees myself. However I thought this should be brought to your attention.
