“The car is not clean!! They did not deep clean anything, they didn't even vacuum under the floor mats or completely wipe down the dashboard. I can get a better cleaning job down the street for $20”

“My radio was working fine before I had my car cleaned and now it is broken after I get my keys back and move my car to my parking spot....I have a touch screen radio and it is new! It was only installed a year or two ago and was working great before my car was cleaned !!! Now I need to take time out of work to get my radio fixed. I’m very upset.”
