“The discerption of a Super Platinum states that there would be a complete wash on the outside. This did not happen, they used spray bottles. The same goes with the wax, it was in spray bottles. There was not shampooing of the carpet that I can see, yes they are clean. Yes you had 3 people for about 4 hours, I do not feel it is worth the $485.00”
