“Unprofessional service and presence. Very loose behavior and attitude. Lazy work. Incomplete. I noticed that seats were not cleaned on back and sides and ceiling was untouched. Detail in front near center console and handles and such were not detail cleaned as I was told would be part of the package. Patrick lied to me and told me seats were done but they dried is why they were dry. I could tell without a doubt they weren't touched and sure enough when he went over them after I commented, dirt and marks were completely gone. I felt like he half assed the work because it was hot outside but that's not my problem. ”

“I am not satisfied with my service. I payed in cash and I didn't receive a receipt, and I would like to be sent the receipt. The workers did not Wash the exterior as said in the package I selected. Also no polish was applied on the doors whatsoever. I would really appreciate if I could be sent the receipt.”
