“The tech was very nice but the process of being cancelled twice and then offered a upscale service and the tech not really knowing about it was again showing the process of the customer service communication sort of lacking. The job was good and the prices were very fair but not sure if I would schedule another one with the cancelling and continually having to contact to make sure the tech and what was promised was on the same page.

“they didn't show up the first day. were 3 hours late the second day. didn't charge me what was quoted. had to come out the following day to finish. and still did not complete the job as they just covered the surface area versus pulling out seatbelts, etc.”
