“I ended needing to vacuum, wipe surfaces, and clean carpet after the detail was complete. It's as if he just focused on cleaning the seats, dashboard, trunk, and cleaning the all weather car mats. The floors, the interior doors, and other surfaces (vents, entire center console we just not touched. He showed me one section of the car once he was done (the front passenger seat) that was ok but it's the least used part of the car which normally has 2 kids in the back seat. I'd try yours again but will inspect the entire job before tipping the guy or allowing him to leave.”

“The cleaning window was 10-12pm , received notification technician would be late to 12:45pm., The The technician Showed up about 1:45pm . Other than the delay in arriving , he did a very detailed job. I would suggest better planning for your technicians. Also , have a customer service manager follow up on the service. I understand this is a franchise, so workmanship and customer service will vary. Liked the convenience of the service and my technician. ”
