“I had very small stains that should not of been hard to remove at all yet they are still there. I don’t believe I got the shampooing. Also the truncheons was not cleaned either. Maybe a slight vacuum if that. The vacuum was good I just was not happy that I paid for the stains and the stains are what is still there.”
