“Emmanuel did great work. He was conscientious and worked really hard for hours on our two vehicles. Our 2017 vehicle looks and smells just like it did when we bought it. And my 2004 Hummer looks better than it has for years, and I work hard to keep it looking good. I would have given Emmanuel a 5 but for one issue. After he left the H2 wouldn't start and several electrical systems did not working (like locking and unlocking doors). I had to jump the H2 and take it to a dealer for diagnosis. The dealer's service team had to reset the voltage regulator; apparently, water got onto the battery terminals or somewhere else in the engine compartment which shorted out some systems. The diagnosis and repair cost $150. Fortunately it wasn't a really, really expensive problem to solve.”
