“They did a beautiful job on my vehicle. However I wasn’t told until the end that I was going to be charged $40 extra. What is the point of the initial inspection? The crew was very polite but did not understand English very well. Communication was very difficult. Because of this and your policy of not notifying customers up front of additional charges I will not be using your company any more. ”

I was surprised I was charged the full amount when they were not able to do the wash or wax on the outside of the car due to the weather. I would think that would be a good part of the price, but I was extremely pleased with the work that was done.”
