“I found this detailing process to be a complete failure of what my expectations were. A time frame for arrival was given, then changed. On the original day, my time frame was schedulet between ten o'clock (10:00 and 2;00) two o"clock and then changed to 3:00 P.M. After 5 hours, I had to cancel and reschedule. I was told I would get a callback but got an email message. I feel that waiting for a total of eight and a half hours (8 1/2) is unacceptable .The only real satisfaction was the end result.

“When I asked the tech if he was going to clay bar the truck he stated that since it was new that it didn’t need it but I told him I wanted it done anyway. When he was done I asked him if he clay barred it and he said he did but I don’t think he did. He seemed to have finished too fast to have clay barred it. Anyway the truck came out really nice.”
