“I used this service in the past for my wife’s car and was very happy. This time i got the Gold detail package for my M6 and a subcontractor showed up whose specialty is waterless car washes. While he did a great job, I wanted the whole car washed with water due to the recent snow and subsequent salt on the road. I was also supposed to have the car clay barred. I was very happy the first time but will probably not repeat. ”
