“Only 2 small things detracted from the service. First was arrival time. My window was 10 am to noon. The techs did not arrive unil 12:30 pm
2nd - I found that the seat belts themselves were still looking pretty dirty. Perhaps this is not an area that normally gets much attention, but this car has light tan belts, and the dirt from years of use shows.
Otherwise, I was very happy with the job done by the techs. This car has not been so clean in a year!”

“Windows, especially front were still not clean. They cleaned my car in the garage and I'm sure that light did not show all the spots & smears. Back windows in daylight also not all cleaned.

“My car is very clean . I really appreciate it . The only thing I do not like is how they threw some of the trash from underneath my seats on the ground & left it there . They didn't pick it up or anything . I had to go out & pick it up myself . For a car to get professionally cleaned by a company I figured the little bit of trash could had been thrown away .”

“ Partially my fault for not checking, but they did not even sweep the trunk out which I'm very disappointed in. I had made a point of cleaning the truck out so that they could do that and feel that should definitely have been included
