“I realized that the stains would not come out of the leather completely but they are certainly lighter in color. The remainder of the cleaning was satisfactory to me.

“while my car is MUCH cleaner, I'd have been 100% happy if the technician would have replaced my adapter w/ cords back where they came from, the VW Bud vase was likewise, tossed into a box, rather than put back in place....I was handed a box of 'stuff' from the trunk and interior of my car, only after I asked for it. ”

“The guy arrived late, which is fine, he stated it had been a crazy day. My seats were completely soaked and as hard as I tried, they turned out smelling musty in the end. I would recommend getting a better vacuum or way to dry the seats in the future- I now have to find someone else to redo the seats to get the smell out. He was very nice, however! ”

“Trunk area was quickly vacuumed but had heavy dirt still evident. All the rest of the car was done very well. The reason for a 3 was the trunk almost missed altogether on a platinum service. ”
