“When I did the final check I had to point out several areas that were not done well the first time. Your technician seemed to balk that I would even say anything, and he asked me "Is money tight?" like I was being cheap or something, and his additional efforts were minimal and incomplete. As the vehicle finished drying after he left, I found even more areas that were inadequate, and I had to finish several issues myself. I will not be a return customer for your service.”

“The outside of the car looks awesome! But......there is a film on the inside of my windows that won't easily wipe off and the shampooing of my seats has left a funny feeling on them. Like a film as well, or maybe all the cleaner wasn't completely removed. ??
I paid extra for the pet bio waste & the seat smells almost as bad as it did before. The seat wasn't reclined to clean in the crease, either. ”
