“I am disappointed of the service I received today. The seats aren't cleaned and the man doesn't dry the carpet floor. so when I figure it out. You won't believe the water and the color of the water I found in the carpet floor. The stains are still there. And there's a lot of spots he didn't even touch, I can clearly see it. The floor mats same story. I know for sure that they are removable cause I did remove them just using my hoover clean slate. I thought it would be better having a professional doing the job. My mistake!!! For the result I've got I'd better do it myself and save this $193 that I feel I've thrown to the trash.”
