“Scheduling the service was easy and great! I even received a reminder email, which was also awesome. The email indicated that I was confirmed for someone to be here from 2-3 and that someone would call to confirm as well. I never received a call. Today rolled around and it's 3:15 and no one is here. So I call the number that it listed on the email to call and that just made me frustrated. The lady on the phone asked all sorts of questions about location, what time it is here, etc and then finally said I would have to email you al because she didn't work for the company and was a call service. That was completely unhelpful! So I emailed to let you all know no one showed up. As of now, no one still has responded to the email. Close to 3:20 the folks showed about. On the plus side, they were some of the nicest people I have ever met and honestly, my car looks better now then it did when o bought it! So kudos to them for a job well done. ”

“I The car seats and mats were clean, but the cupholders and door interiors were not cleaned well. The guy told me that he had cleaned a muddy car before coming to me and must have thought that I forgot that he told me, because he showed me that muddy water and said it was mine. He told me had to charge extra, because it was extra soiled. I payed, but I know it wasn't muddy.”
